Prior to production, we will create a 3D computer rendering based on your requirements and data. Any requested changes can be accommodated before production commences. The standard production cycle for a single wheel is 15-20 days, while it is 30-50 days for the 2/3 plate wheel and H-wheel.

Our company produces each forging wheel using T6061 aviation aluminum alloy, with over 10,000 tons of forgings processed using high-precision CNC machine tools and color coating applied through an automatic dust-free spraying line. All wheels undergo thorough inspections and tests before leaving our facility, adhering to JWL/VIA standards throughout all production processes which are visualized for transparency at every step.

We offer various transportation options including rail/sea/car/air transport to your local area at varying prices. The specific delivery time is provided by the express company with us responsible for forwarding it to you along with providing the tracking number.

To accurately quote both products and freight costs we require detailed information regarding wheel size/style/painting process/requirements as well as exact delivery address.

Forging stock products have a minimum order quantity of 4 pieces while custom forging requires a minimum order quantity of also four pieces; casting stock products have a minimum order quantity requirement of one piece.

We design computer renderings based on pictures sent by customers depicting their car model alongside chosen wheels; however variations in offsets,widths,and sizes may result in slight differences between rendered image & final hub shape.All content subject to confirmed computer rendering."
