Step 1: The Inspiration (Hand-Drawn Sketch)

The journey of this 2015 Chevy Caprice project began with nothing more than a pen and a notebook. The client sent us a sketch of a unique "Bowtie" inspired spoke design.

Step 2: Technical Consultation & Specs

We translated the artistic vision into technical fitment data. For this Caprice build, we locked in a staggered setup: 20x9.0 ET35 front and 20x10.5 ET40 rear, optimized for a perfect flush fender stance.

Step 3: 3D Visualization & Prototyping

Before cutting any 6061-T6 aluminum, we provided high-fidelity 3D renders. This allowed the client to approve the deep concave geometry and the intricate mirror-polished/brushed silver finish.

Step 4: Final Engineering Layout & Manufacturing

The final technical model (Z2025) was subjected to FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to ensure the Bowtie spokes could handle the torque and lateral G-loads of a performance sedan.
